How long has Rewards International been providing graduation framing and plaque services?
Rewards International is a South Australian family-owned business that has been helping graduates celebrate and preserve their achievements since 1998. We have worked with universities and graduates for more than 25 years.
Can I order after my graduation ceremony?
Yes. Our products can be ordered online throughout the year. If you have already graduated, simply place your order online or contact our team for assistance.
Do I need to order at my graduation ceremony?
No. While many graduates choose to purchase at their ceremony, orders can also be placed online before or after graduation.
Certificate Framing
Can my certificate be framed on the day of my graduation?
Yes. At participating graduation ceremonies, we offer on-the-spot framing services, allowing graduates to have their certificate professionally framed during the event.
What frame styles are available?
We offer a wide range of frame styles, finishes and mat board colours to suit different tastes and budgets. Our team can help you select the option that best complements your qualification.
Are your frames Australian made?
Many of our frame options are Australian made and carry the Australian Made certification.
Do your frames include glass?
Our premium frames include high-quality glazing designed to protect and display your certificate while minimising reflections.
Parchment Plaques
What is a parchment plaque?
A parchment plaque is a professionally reproduced version of your qualification mounted onto a premium backing board. It provides a durable and elegant display option for your home or workplace.
Will my original certificate be used in the plaque?
No. We create a high-quality reproduction of your qualification, allowing you to safely store your original certificate while displaying the plaque.
What plaque finishes are available?
Our plaque range includes Rosewood, Jarrah, Black, Clear Acrylic and Black Acrylic finishes, along with a range of size and faceplate options.
How do you ensure plaques are authentic?
We only reproduce authentic qualifications. Where certificates are not sighted in person, all orders are verified with the relevant university prior to production.
Ordering and Delivery
How long will my order take?
Our standard turnaround time for certificate plaques is approximately 10 business days from payment confirmation to dispatch. Framing services completed at graduation ceremonies may be available on the day.
Can I have my order shipped?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide and internationally using trusted courier and postal services. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Orders can be collected from our Lonsdale showroom by arrangement, or at your graduation ceremony if collection has been selected during the ordering process.
How will my order be packaged?
All products are carefully packaged using purpose-designed protective packaging to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
