At Rewards International, we recognise our responsibility to minimise our environmental impact and operate in a way that supports a more sustainable future.
We are committed to reducing waste, conserving resources and continually improving our environmental performance across all areas of our business. Sustainability considerations are incorporated into our operations, production processes and supplier relationships to help reduce our impact on the environment.
Some of the ways we are working towards this commitment include:
- Using environmentally sustainable MDF in our plaque backing boards.
- Reducing paper consumption through digital ordering, invoicing and production processes.
- Implementing recycling initiatives for cardboard, paper, packaging and production materials.
- Working with suppliers and contractors who share our commitment to responsible environmental practices.
- Monitoring resource usage and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Renewable Energy
Our Lonsdale production facility is powered in part by a 52-panel, 16kW solar energy system, significantly reducing our reliance on grid electricity. Combined with the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting throughout our production areas, these initiatives have substantially reduced our energy consumption and carbon footprint.
