Legacy University Orders - University of Adelaide and University of South Australia certificates issued before 2026
Adelaide University Frames - Collect your frame at graduation, from our showroom or have it shipped to you
Adelaide University Plaques - Have your certificate reproduced on a plaque and shipped to you

Legacy University Orders

We provide legacy frames and plaques for the University of South Australia, and legacy plaques for the University of Adelaide.

These products are custom made and take approximately 6 weeks to complete.

Select your university from the main menu and choose your product.
Choose your frame and mat board colour, or your preferred plaque.
Select your glass type. For shipping, select "Acrylic". For collection, select "Glass". We do not ship frames with glass. If you are collecting your frame, bring your parchment with you and we'll place it in the frame for you.
For plaque orders, upload a clear photo or PDF of your certificate so we can replicate it.
For collection orders, we'll email you when your order is ready.
For shipped orders, we'll email you when your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information once available.

If you don't receive an email from us, please check your junk or spam folder.

Please note: Plaques can only be reproduced as originally supplied. We cannot make changes to the original certificate details.

Order your frame before your graduation ceremony and we'll have it ready for collection afterwards.

Select your frame from the Adelaide University section of the main menu.
Click "View Cart" and enter your ceremony date and time in the "Order Special Instructions" field. For example: Tuesday 29 September, 1PM Ceremony. This information is essential so we can have your frame ready after your ceremony.
Complete your payment to confirm your order.
After your ceremony, bring your order confirmation number and certificate to us at the Kaurna Building. We'll place your certificate into your chosen frame for you.

Select your frame from the Adelaide University section of the main menu.
Select "Acrylic" under Glass Type. We do not ship frames with glass.
Complete your payment to confirm your order.
We'll email you when your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information once available.

Select your plaque from the Adelaide University section of the main menu.
Upload your certificate as a clear photo or PDF for replication. Please ensure the full certificate is visible and all details are clear.
We'll verify your certificate details with Adelaide University before production.
Once verified, your plaque will be produced within 10 business days.
Your plaque will be shipped to you. We'll provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
